The steps we take to do the job right!
Taking the time to do the job right is the only way we do business
- We use a micrometer to make sure your shaft is the exact dimensins you want.
- If you want it below 12mm then a new ferrule and tip will be needed to match the dimensions you chose.
- We slowly begin to sand the shaft a little at a time so we do not heat the wood up.
- If the shaft feels rough, we sand the shaft with 3000 grit sandpaper to smooth it out.
- Once we have achieved the proper dimension we then remove the ferrule and tip and replace it with the proper ferrule and the tip of your choice.
- Finally we apply a sealant and cue finsih so your cue looks like and plays like new.
