The steps we take to do the job right!
Taking the time to do the job right is the only way we do business
- First we remove the old tip and make sure the ferrule is clean and flat.
- we then take the tip you chose and sand it to make it rough so it will take glue
- We then apply a small amount of glue gel to the tip and the ferrule end.
- We press them together and firmly clamp it for about 30 minutes
- After drying we make sure the tip is flush with the side of the ferrule by gently grinding and sanding the tip
- Once it is flush we then shape the tip so it has a small crown that will make the proper contact with the cue ball.
- We then apply a ferrule wax to the ferrule to ensure the ferrule is clean and white
